1. ELIGIBILITY: Employees and their immediate families (parents, siblings, children, spouses) and members of the same household (whether or not related) of such employees of Bernina of America, Inc., individual authorized Bernina Dealers, their respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising, promotion and judging agencies are ineligible to participate. By participating, entrant agrees to be bound to these Official Rules and the Sponsors’ decisions which are final and binding in all respects.

2. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, during the Promotion Period go a local participating Bernina Dealer and fully complete the official entry form, place the necessary postage on it, and mail it to Bernina of America. As an alternate method of entry, legibly fill-out a postcard with your name, home address, city, state, and zip code, along with day and evening telephone numbers. Send via a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Bernina of America, Inc. Attn: 2008 "Bernina Stitch Regulator $1500 Shopping Spree", 3702 Prairie Lake Court, Aurora, IL 60504. The winner for each month will be drawn from the postcards received that month. All postcards must be received by Bernina of America by 10/31/08 in order to be considered. Illegible, duplicated, photocopied or entries generated by other automated means are ineligible and will be disqualified. Limit one entry per person per month. Limit one prize per household and/or family. All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

3. DRAWING/ODDS: One $1500 Shopping Spree at a participating Bernina Dealer will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the 15th of the following month (example: April 15th for the March 2008 winner) by Bernina of America, Inc. from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

4. PRIZES: Grand Prize (1 per month, March 2008-October 2008): One $1500 Bernina Gift Card good for specified purchases at an authorized participating Bernina Dealer (Retail Value: $1500 per month). Total Retail Value of all Prizes is $9,000. Shopping spree may be used on all products EXCEPT for non-Bernina or non-OESD branded sewing machines or design collections. Prizes are non-transferable. No prize substitution or cash equivalent, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion if a prize is unavailable for whatever reason. All federal, state and other taxes, fees, costs and expenses relating to the use, acceptance and possession of a prize are the responsibility of the winner.

5. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Potential winner will be notified by Bernina of America via e-mail and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and Publicity Release (where legal) within ten (10) days of receipt. If a potential winner cannot be reached via the e-mail address provided on their entry form or does not respond within the time specified, or if he/she is found to be ineligible, or if he/she cannot or does not otherwise comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. If a prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or is undeliverable, that prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Winners will be sent their prize directly via Federal Express ground service. By participating and accepting a prize, where permitted by law, each winner grants to Sponsor, (and agrees to confirm that grant in writing), and those acting pursuant to the authority of Sponsor, the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the World Wide Web and Internet, at any time(s), the winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information as news or information and for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation or review.

6. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: For purposes of this Release, references to "Sweepstakes Entities" includes, without limitation, Bernina of America, Inc., authorized Bernina Dealers, Launch Creative Marketing, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, employees and all others associated with the development and execution of this sweepstakes. All entrants hereby release the Sweepstakes Entities from any and all actions, claims and liabilities (now known or hereinafter arising) with respect to or in any way arising from, without limitation: this sweepstakes; acceptance, use or misuse of the prize; personal injury, bodily injury including wrongful death or disability; damage to property; and damage or loss of any other kind. THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES HAVE NOT MADE ANY WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN WHOLE OR IN PART IN RELATION TO A PRIZE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ITS AVAILABILITY, QUALITY OR SUITABILITY FOR USE AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL SUCH WARRANTIES. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by any of the equipment associated with or used in the sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for late, lost, mutilated, delayed, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for cheating or fraud by any entrants. Any activities intended to disrupt or interfere with the proper play of the sweepstakes, or to defraud Sponsor in any way will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Participants who engage in any of the foregoing activities will be disqualified and will forfeit any prizes won. If, for any reason, any aspect of the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, human error, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, which in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes or any portion thereof.

7. WINNERS LIST: Names of the Monthly winners will be available through Bernina of America.
